After-Sales Service

estelle products come with a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase. 

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we offer free repair or replacement. Proof of purchase (receipt or guarantee card) is required, and processing may take 7–15 business days.(excluding weekends and holidays)

Please note that damages caused by misuse, improper storage, impact, or exposure to chemicals are not covered under the warranty, even within the warranty period.

Depending on the product condition, additional charges may apply or repair may not be possible.

We do not offer design modifications or size adjustments.

After the warranty period, all repair services are subject to a service fee, and round-trip shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

 

 

Refund & Change

Due to the nature of jewelry products and to ensure hygiene and quality standards, we kindly ask that you make your purchase carefully.

You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and online purchase standards.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn and unused, with all original packaging and components (such as box, pouch, guarantee card) intact and undamaged.
If these conditions are not met, the return may be refused.

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Customized or engraved pieces

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items that show signs of wear or use

  • Items missing packaging or components, or returned in damaged condition

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change your item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Product Defects

At  estelle, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Please make sure to check the condition of the product before use.

All products are carefully inspected before shipment, and their condition is documented to ensure they reach our customers in perfect condition.

However, in rare cases, manufacturing defects may occur, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you suspect a product defect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, attaching photos of the defective area along with your proof of purchase (guarantee card or receipt) to info@estelle-paris.com.

Once the defect is confirmed through our internal review process, a full refund will be issued, including both-way shipping costs.
